REFUND POLICY

Returns

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at orders@purplepeachaesthetics.com.

Products that have been defaced, including stickers, cannot be returned.

Any opened or ineligible products returned to us will be discarded and cannot be reshipped out or refunded.

Adverse Reactions

For safety, we do not accept returns of opened or used containers, even in cases of adverse reactions. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please discontinue use and consult with a skincare expert.

Damaged Products

If an order arrives damaged please file a claim through the corresponding delivery company.

Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong product, notify us at orders@purplepeachaesthetics.com (including a picture of the order) and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address for shipping an order is provided and that order is returned to Purple Peach Aesthetics, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping.

If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address, Purple Peach Aesthetics cannot refund or replace the order. If a package is marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to Purple Peach Aesthetics , it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the corrected shipping address. Returned packages will be held 14 days.

If Purple Peach Aesthetics ships an order to an incorrect address (not provided by the customer), we will replace it free of charge.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to use chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution when other options are available. Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not select Signature Confirmation as the shipping method.
