We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders over $249 before taxes.

Orders under that ship for $5-8 depending on weight and location.

We use USPS or UPS for all orders.

We are not responsible for orders that have been delivered through USPS or UPS that have been marked as delivered but did not arrive.

All orders Automatically come with $100 insurance.

We highly Recommend purchasing additional Insurance to cover your entire order.

Please Allow 1-3 days Processing time.

We ship orders Tuesday -Saturday.

Orders Placed After 11am on Saturday will not be shipped until Tuesday/Wednesday.

If a product was delayed being shipping to us we will let you know ASAP.

If an order arrives damaged in the mail

Example: Smashed Boxes with items missing,Leaking Product ETC. A Claim would need to be filled through the delivery service.

if an item bottle appears to be broken and not working

Example: if one if the pumps on a SkinBetter Science item will not pump

please reach out to us asap so we can have one resent.

Consultations in person or Virtually are $100.

$50 goes towards your custom curated Regimen.

Virtual consultations must be paid for no later that 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.

We can always give basic product recommendations but not having scheduled a consultation with us we cannot promise results.

All new clients should schedule a consultation or The Consultation with intro treatment option.

Appointments Cancelled or Rescheduled under 24 hours are subjected to being charged 50% of the Services Booked.

No Show / No Call Appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services
